体艺融合视域下黑龙江省冰雪体育文化发展的困境纾解

Resolving the Challenges of Ice and Snow Sports Cultural Development in Heilongjiang Province from the Perspective of Integration of Sports and Arts

后冬奥时代,黑龙江省冰雪运动与冰雪经济的蓬勃发展,为冰雪体育文化提供了新的发展动力。体艺融合作为一种具有内在共生逻辑的发展方式,不仅能够丰富体育的文化内涵,也为艺术赋予了体育表达,是深化体育文化发展的有效路径。研究立足于体艺融合视域,通过系统梳理黑龙江省冰雪体育文化的发展历程,揭示出当前黑龙江省冰雪体育文化建设面临文化自觉缺失、人才培养限制、资金投入不足和创新能力匮乏等困境。相应提出打造体艺融合有效机制、完善人才培养体系、拓展资金来源、构建创新融合生态系统等发展建议,旨在深化对冰雪体育文化多元创新路径的理解,推动黑龙江省冰雪体育文化向更丰富、多元的方向演进。

In the post-Winter Olympics era,the vigorous development of ice and snow sports and the ice and snow economy in Heilongjiang Province have provided new impetus for the development of ice and snow sports culture.Integration of sports and arts,as a development approach with inherent symbiotic logic,not only enriches the cultural connotation of sports but also endows art with expressions through sports,serving as an effective path for deepening the development of sports culture.This paper systematically examines the development process of ice and snow sports culture in Heilongjiang Province based on the perspective of integration of sports and arts,revealing the current challenges faced in cultural awareness,talent cultivation limitations,insufficient financial investment,and lack of innovation capacity in the construction of ice and snow sports culture.Accordingly,it proposes development suggestions such as establishing effective mechanisms for the integration of sports and arts,improving talent cultivation systems,expanding sources of funding,and constructing innovative and integrated ecosystems.The aim is to deepen the understanding of diverse innovative paths in ice and snow sports culture and promote the evolution of ice and snow sports culture in Heilongjiang Province towards a more enriched and diversedirection.
