摘要
纳米生物活性玻璃作为一种生物活性材料,有利于牙体硬组织骨性结合,在其再矿化作用中起重要作用。研究发现纳米生物活性玻璃对牙体硬组织的再矿化效果优于传统的氟制剂。本文对纳米生物活性玻璃的结构及再矿化机制、在牙体硬组织各部分再矿化作用的研究进展进行综述,以期为再矿化研究带来新思路,为今后的相关研究提供依据。
Nano bioactive glass,as a bioactive material,is beneficial for the osseointegration of dental hard tissue and plays an important role in its remineralization.The study found that the remineralization effect of nano-bioactive glass on dental hard tissue is better than that of traditional fluorine preparations.This article reviews the structure and remineralization mechanism of nano-bioactive glass,as well as the research progress on remineralization in various parts of dental hard tissue,aiming to bring new ideas to remineralization research and provide a basis for future related research.
