基于气学理论与线粒体能量学关系探讨胃肠动力障碍疾病的病理机制

Exploring the pathological mechanisms of gastrointestinal dysmotility diseases based on the relationship between qi theory and mitochondrial energetics

气学理论与线粒体能量学之间存在共性,气与能量同为万物之原,二者均以先后天之精(气)为生成原料,并以升降出入为运动形式。胃肠动力障碍疾病的发生与气虚脾胃运化不足、气滞脾胃运化不畅有关,基于气学理论与线粒体能量学的相关性,认为线粒体能量供应不足及流动异常均会导致胃肠动力障碍,其病理机制为与能量供应不足相关的缺氧、肠上皮细胞减少、肠道菌群失调和线粒体基因、核基因异常,以及与能量流动异常相关的线粒体膜变化和三羧酸循环、氧化磷酸化障碍。

There is a commonality between the qi theory and mitochondrial energetics,with qi and energy being the origin of all things.Both are derived from the pre-and post-natal essence(qi),and their movements are characterized by ascending,descending,entering,and exiting.The occurrence of gastrointestinal dysmotility disease is associated with qi deficiencies and the spleen-stomach's inability to transform and transport properly,as well as qi stagnation induced unsmooth transportation and transformation of the spleen and stomach.Based on the correlation between the qi theory and mitochondrial energetics,it is proposed that insufficient mitochondrial energy supply and abnormal mitochondrial energy flow could lead to gastrointestinal dysmotility.The pathological mechanisms are associated factors with insufficient energy supply such as hypoxia,a reduction in intestinal epithelial cells,dysbiosis of gut microbiota,and abnormalities in mitochondrial and nuclear genes,as well as those with abnormal energy flow such as changes in mitochondrial membranes and disorders in the tricarboxylic acid cycle and oxidative phosphorylation.
