介绍武权生教授从“寒、湿、瘀互结致癥”辨治子宫内膜异位症纤维化经验。认为子宫内膜异位症纤维化病机从起始到病进再到最终形成可分为3个阶段,治疗时在化瘀消癥的基础上,谨记“阴寒不除,瘀血难化”“痰湿不祛,癥瘕难消”,注重扶阳以化瘀滞、祛湿以消癥瘕,同时还须调治结合,强调以食养阳,以动化滞。并附验案1则。

This paper summarizes Professor Wu Quansheng's experience in treating endometriosis fibrosis from the concept of"binding of cold,dampness and stasis resulting in congestion".Professor Wu summarizes that the endometriosis fibrosis pathogenesis can be divided into 3 stages from the beginning to the progress of the disease,and then finally formed.On the basis of resolving blood stasis and eliminating symptoms during treatment,it is important to bear in mind that"yin and cold are not removed,it is difficult to dissolve blood stasis""phlegm and dampness are not dispelled,it is difficult to eliminate the mass in the abdomen".The focus should be on supporting yang to remove stagnation and dampness and dispelling dampness to eliminate impediments.At the same time,it is also necessary to combine regulation and treatment,and emphasize the use of food to nourish yang,and the use of movement to eliminate stagnation.One proven case is attached.
