实验室设备异动问题对策研究

摘要 为了解决实验室设备被随意挪动位置带来的安全隐患问题,设计一套基于RFID电子标签的单片机系统。当设备位置异动现象发生时,系统在现场发出语音告警,同时通过网络把异动信息传输到值班室后台,通过语音和灯光频闪方式提醒设备管理员及时处理。该硬件系统单片机芯片选用GD32F103VET6芯片,标签选用有源电子标签,标签唤醒电路采用SN74LVC2G04DBVR双反相器芯片和TC4422高速MOSFET驱动器芯片,收发电路采用EM9201无线收发芯片。系统设计充分考虑了实际运行环境和经济造价,经过实测,较好地解决了实验室设备异动问题。研发的系统具备较好的经济价值和社会推广价值。 In order to solve the problem of potential safety hazards caused by the random movement of laboratory equipment,a set of single-chip microcomputer system based on RFID electronic tag is designed.When the equipment position changes,the system sends voice alarm on the scene,transmits the change information to the background of the duty room through the network,and reminds the administrator to deal with it in a timely manner through voice and light stroboscopic.GD32F103VET6 chip is selected as the microcontroller chip of the hardware system,active electronic tag is selected as the tag,SN74LVC2G04DBVR dual inverter chip and TC4422 high-speed MOSFET driver chip are used as the tag wake-up circuit,and EM9201 wireless transceiver chip is used as the transceiver circuit.The system fully considers the actual operating environment and economic cost.After the actual measurement,the problem of abnormal laboratory equipment is solved.The developed system has good economic value and social promotion value.
