盐冻作用下玄武岩纤维混凝土性能劣化研究

摘要 针对北方地区温度较低时撒除冰盐对混凝土造成的盐冻破坏问题,研究了盐冻作用下玄武岩纤维(BF)的体积掺量(0~0.20%)对混凝土力学性能、断裂韧性的影响。结果表明:盐冻作用下,掺BF试件的单位面积质量损失和动弹性模量损失均比未掺BF试件的低;掺入适量BF提高了混凝土的抗压强度、抗弯强度及断裂韧性,BF的最佳掺量为0.12%。 In order to solve the problem of salt freezing damage to concrete caused by spreading deicing salt under the low temperature environment in the northern region,the effect of volume content(0~0.20%)of basalt fiber(BF)on the mechanical properties and fracture toughness of concrete under the action of salt freezing was investigated.The results show that under the action of salt freezing,the mass loss of per unit area and loss of dynamic elastic modulus of the specimen with BF are lower than those of the specimen without BF.Adding appropriate content of BF improves the compressive strength,bending strength and fracture toughness of concrete,and the optimum content of BF is 0.12%.
