智能网联汽车是当前国内外技术产业创新发展的重点领域,已成为全球汽车产业发展的重大战略方向。以日本近十年来智能网联汽车产业政策管理及产业布局为研究对象,梳理总结了日本当前智能网联汽车产业各管理部门职能职责、产业结构布局、技术发展水平,通过对其智能网联汽车不同适用领域发展进度对比,并结合日本当前社会国情,对其今后发展侧重趋势做出了预测,并以此为参考对象对我国智能网联汽车产业发展提出了建议。

The Intelligent and Connected Vehicle(ICV)is a key field of innovation and development of domestic and international technology industry,and has become a major strategic direction of global automobile industry development.Taking the policy management and industrial layout of Japan’s intelligent connected vehicle industry in the past 10 years as the research object,the study summarizes the functions and responsibilities of the various management departments,the layout of the industrial structure and the level of technological development of Japan’s intelligent connected vehicle industry,and makes predictions on its future development focusing on trends by comparing the development progress of different applicable fields of its smart Internet-connected vehicles and taking the current social conditions of Japan as the reference object.It also proposes suggestions for the development of China’s intelligent connected vehicle industry.
