综合康复训练在小儿脑瘫中的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive rehabilitation training in children with cerebral palsy

目的探讨综合康复训练在小儿脑瘫中的应用效果。方法选取2021年3月至2023年3月淄博市妇幼保健院儿童保健康复中心收治的90例脑瘫患儿为研究对象,按照奇偶数法将其分为两组,每组45例。参照组采用常规康复训练,研究组采用综合康复训练,比较两组的下肢运动功能、平衡能力、脑功能、肌张力。结果干预后,研究组下肢运动功能、平衡能力优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组脑功能的α波、θ波低于参照组,β波、SMR波高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组内收肌、腓肠肌、腘绳肌的肌张力评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合康复训练在小儿脑瘫中的应用效果显著,能够提高患儿的运动和平衡功能,改善脑功能和肌张力,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive rehabilitation training in children with cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 90 children with cerebral palsy in Department of Child Health Rehabilitation Center,Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the odd-even number method,with 45 cases in each group.The reference group adopted routine rehabilitation training,while the research group adopted comprehensive rehabilitation training.The lower limb motor function,balance ability,brain function and muscle tension were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the lower limb motor function and balance ability in the research group were better than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The α wave and θ wave of brain function in the research group were lower than those in the reference group,and theβwave and SMR wave were higher than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The muscle tension scores of adductor muscle,gastrocnemius muscle and hamstring muscle in the research group were lower than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation training in children with cerebral palsy has significant application effect,which can improve children’s movement and balance function,increase brain function and muscle tone,and is worth promoting.
