综合护理干预在腹腔镜下小儿腹股沟疝疝囊高位结扎术中的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in laparoscopic hernia sac high ligation in children with inguinal hernia

目的探讨综合护理干预在腹腔镜下小儿腹股沟疝疝囊高位结扎术中的应用效果。方法选取2020年10月至2023年10月平邑县人民医院收治的84例腹股沟疝患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=42)和观察组(n=42)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理,比较两组围手术期指标、疼痛程度、术后并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果观察组下床活动、术后进食、术后排气及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后6 h、术后1 d儿童疼痛行为量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预在腹腔镜下小儿腹股沟疝疝囊高位结扎术中应用具有较好的应用效果,可有效改善围手术期指标,减轻术后疼痛,降低术后并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in laparoscopic hernia sac high ligation in children with inguinal hernia.Methods A total of 84 children with inguinal hernia admitted to People’s Hospital of Pingyi County from October 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group(n=42)and the observation group(n=42)using the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The perioperative indexes,pain degree,incidence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had shorter time in getting out of bed,postoperative eatting,postoperative exhaust and hospital stay compared with the control group(P<0.05).The scores of face,legs,arms,crying,consolability pain scale at 6 hours and 1 day after surgery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of comprehensive nursing intervention in laparoscopic hernia sac high ligation in children with inguinal hernia has better effect,which can effectively improve perioperative indicators,alleviate postoperative pain,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the nursing satisfaction.
