虚拟现实技术在急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管换药中的应用

摘要 目的探讨虚拟现实技术在急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)换药中的应用。方法选取2019年5月至2021年11月北京京都儿童医院门诊收治的84例接受PICC换药的急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与干预组,每组各42例。对照组予以常规护理,干预组予以虚拟现实技术。比较两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、哭闹持续时间及家属护理满意度。结果干预组换药时及换药后4min的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组换药后4min的VAS评分均低于换药时(P<0.05)。干预组哭闹持续时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组家属总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论虚拟现实技术在急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿PICC换药中的应用,可减轻患儿疼痛程度,缩短患儿哭闹持续时间,提高家属护理满意度。 Objective To investigate the application of virtual reality technology in dressing change of peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia.Methods A total of 84 children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia who received PICC dressing change in the Outpatient Department of Beijing Jingdu Children’s Hospital from May 2019 to November 2021 were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group and the intervention group by the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the intervention group was given virtual reality technology.Visual analogue scale(VAS),crying duration and family nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results VAS scores at dressing change and 4 min after dressing change in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).VAS scores 4 min after dressing change in both groups were lower than those at dressing change(P<0.05).The duration of crying in the intervention group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of family members in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of virtual reality technology in dressing change of PICC in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia can reduce the pain degree of children,shorten the duration of crying,and im prove the nursing satisfaction of family members.
