The Changzhen Fenghuang Yinghui City is the largest prefabricated public housing project in Shenzhen.The design comprehensively applies green,intelligent,and technological prefabricated building technology,and innovatively proposes the REMPC integrated development model("research+engineering+manufacturing+procurement+construction"engineering general contracting management model),changing the inherent impression that affordable housing is"lowend housing"in the past,and providing technical support for China's green building and construction industrialization to achieve scale,high efficiency,and sustainable development.
