盐雾环境下典型自动步枪动作可靠性仿真分析

摘要 为了量化盐雾环境对自动步枪战斗技术效能和作战性能的影响,实现盐雾环境下自动步枪可靠度预估,以某小口径自动步枪盐雾环境自动机动作可靠性为研究对象,构建了一套基于仿真的枪械动作可靠性分析方法。该方法通过ADAMS软件建立自动机虚拟样机模型,将盐雾环境随机影响参数引入虚拟样机模型中,采用拉丁超立方抽样方法进行抽样和可靠性仿真计算。仿真获得的可靠度结果为96.60%,与实验结果基本符合,所建立的虚拟样机仿真模型和动作可靠性分析方法可以预测盐雾环境自动机动作可靠度结果。该研究方法在小样本量的基础上进行预测,减少计算时间,为盐雾环境枪械可靠性分析提供参考。 In order to quantify the effect of a salt spray environment on the combat technical effectiveness and operational performance of automatic rifles,the reliability prediction of automatic rifles in a salt spray environment is realized.To research the action reliability of the automaton in the salt fog environment of a small-caliber automatic rifle,a set of simulation-based gun action reliability analysis method is constructed.ADAMS software is employed to establish the virtual prototype model of the automaton,and the random influence parameters of the salt fog environment are introduced into the virtual prototype model,then Latin hypercube sampling method is used to conduct sampling and reliability simulation calculation.The reliability result obtained by simulation is 96.60%,basically consistent with the test results.The virtual prototype simulation model and action reliability analysis method can predict the action reliability results of the automaton in a salt spray environment.This research method predicts on the basis of a small sample size,reduces the calculation time,and provides a reference for the reliability analysis of firearms in a salt spray environment.
