摘要
该文基于虚拟现实(VR)技术开展卫星虚拟振动试验技术研究。针对动力学建模与仿真、数据分析与模型修正、卫星虚拟振动试验等,通过VR技术真实再现振动试验数据,反映卫星结构动态特性,完成物理参数识别与模型优化,实现了对卫星模型的优化和振动试验方案的改进,满足了卫星力学环境的试验技术要求。进行X、Y、Z 3个方向的虚拟振动试验,频率为5~100 Hz,加速度幅值为0.1 g。试验结果表明,虚拟振动试验与真实试验的结果吻合良好。
A satellite vibration virtual test technology is presented based on the virtual reality(VR).It focuses on the key technologies such as dynamic modeling and simulation,data analysis and model modification,and the satellite virtual vibration test.The test results are reproduced by VR.The dynamical characteristics of the satellite structure are obtained,physical parameters are identified,and the model optimizations are completed.The optimization of the satellite model and the improvement of the vibration test scheme are realized,which meets the test requirements of the satellite mechanics environment.Virtual vibration experiments are conducted in X,Y,and Z directions,with frequencies ranging from 5 to 100 Hz and acceleration amplitudes of 0.1 g.The experimental results indicate that the virtual vibration experiment is in good agreement with the real experiment results.
