摩擦纳米发电机MOFs材料研究进展

摘要 摩擦纳米发电机(TENG)可以有效地将环境中的机械能转换成电能,从而达到直接利用或者进行储能的目的。金属有机框架(MOFs)因其独特的可调结构特性,能够增加电极有效接触面积,在提高TENG性能方面得到了深入研究。介绍了基于MOFs的TENG的结构设计优势,解释了MOFs微结构对增强TENG输出性能的影响。详细阐述了4种典型结构的MOFs材料,介绍了它们在摩擦发电方面增强输出性能的方法和应用。总结展望了MOF-TENG在商业化方面的优势以及可能应用,为落地实用化迈进一步。 Triboelectric nanogenerators(TENG)can effectively convert mechanical energy in the environment into electrical energy for direct use or energy storage.Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)have been intensively investigated in improving the performance of TENG due to their unique tunable structural properties,which can increase the effective contact area of electrodes.In this paper,the structural design advantages of MOFs-based TENG are presented,and the effects of MOFs microstructures on enhancing the output performance of TENG are explained.Four typical structures of MOFs materials are elaborated in detail,and their methods and applications for enhanced output performance in friction power generation are presented.The summary looks forward to the advantageous features of MOF-TENG in commercialisation and the possible applications,which is a step forward for the grounded practicality.
