饲粮纤维水平对种公兔体况发育、养分表观消化率和繁殖性能的影响

Effect of Dietary Fiber Level on Body Condition Development,Apparent Nutrient Digestibility and Reproductive Performance of Breeding Male Rabbits

摘要 为探究饲粮纤维水平对伊拉种公兔生长性能、表观消化率及繁殖性能的影响。试验采用单因子试验设计,将20只60日龄伊拉种公兔随机分成4个处理组,每组5个重复,每重复1只兔,分别饲喂纤维水平为10%、12%、14%、16%饲粮。预饲期7 d,试验期90 d。结果表明:12%组公兔活体重在90日龄和150日龄时显著高于10%组和16%组(P<0.05),14%组公兔活体重在120日龄显著高于其他组(P<0.05);14%组和16%组公兔料重比在90日龄时显著高于10%组和12%组(P<0.05),16%组公兔料重比在120日龄和150日龄时显著高于10%组和12%组(P<0.05);12%组公兔干物质、粗蛋白、消化能表观消化率显著高于10%和16%组;12%和14%组公兔粗纤维表观消化率显著高于10%和16%组(P<0.05);14%和16%组公兔精子密度显著高于10%和12%组,14%组公兔精子活率显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。由此可知,饲粮中适宜纤维水平可提高公兔体增重、改善繁殖性能,试验中120日龄前种公兔饲粮中适宜粗纤维水平为12%,120日龄后纤维适宜水平为14%。 The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of dietary fiber levels on the growth performance,apparent digestibility and reproductive performance of Yila male rabbits.Using the single factor design,twenty 60-day-old male Yila rabbits were randomly divided into 4 treatment groups with 5 replicates in each group and 1 rabbit per repetition.The fiber levels were 10%,12%,14%and 16%,respectively.The pre-feeding period was 7 days and the experimental period was 90 days.The results showed as follows:1)Male living weight in 12%group at 90 days of age and 150 days of age was significantly higher than that in 10%and 16%groups(P<0.05);The ratio of feed to gain of male rabbits in 14%and 16%groups at 90 days of age was significantly higher than that in 10%and 12%groups(P<0.05).2)The apparent digestibility of dry matter,crude protein and digestibility of male rabbits in 12%group was significantly higher than that in 10%and 16%groups;The crude fiber apparent di-gestibility of male rabbits in 12%and 14%groups was significantly higher than that in 10%and 16%groups(P<0.05).3)The sperm density of male rabbits in 14%and 16%groups was significantly higher than that in 10%and 12%groups,the sperm viability of male rabbits in 14%group was significantly higher than that in other group(P<0.05).Thus it can be seen that the appropriate dietary fiber level can increase the body weight gain and improve the reproductive performance of male rabbits.In this experiment,the suitable level of crude fiber in the diet of male rabbits before 120 days of age is 12%,and that of crude fiber after 120 days of age is 14%.
