儿童医疗游戏配合专项护理对支气管炎患儿治疗配合度和症状缓解的影响

Effects of children's medical games combined with special nursing on treatment compliance and symptom relief in children with bronchitis

目的探讨儿童医疗游戏配合专项护理对支气管炎患儿治疗配合度和症状缓解的影响。方法将2022年7月至2023年1月期间济南市中心医院收治的128例中重度支气管炎患儿以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各64例,对照组予常规护理干预,观察组在其基础上予儿童医疗游戏配合专项护理干预,为期2 w。记录两组患儿配合度情况及症状消失时间,并观察患儿干预前及干预2 w后医疗恐惧程度及焦虑情绪变化。结果与对照组85.94%的总配合度相比,观察组患儿96.88%的总配合度更高(P<0.05)。观察组患儿儿童医疗恐惧调查量表(CMFS)各维度评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组患儿儿童焦虑障碍自评量表(SCARED)躯体惊恐、广泛性焦虑、分离性焦虑、社交恐怖症维度评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组患儿咳嗽消失时间、气喘消失时间、咳痰消失时间均短于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论儿童医疗游戏配合专项护理能够提高支气管炎患儿治疗配合度,缓解患儿恐惧、焦虑等负面情绪,缓解患儿临床症状,促进患儿疾病康复。

Objective To explore the effects of children's medical games combined with special nursing on treatment compliance and symptom relief in children with bronchitis.Methods A total of 128 children with moderate to severe bronchitis admitted to Jinan Central Hospital from July 2022 to January 2023 were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 64 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given children's medical game combined with special nursing intervention on the basis of the routine nursing intervention,with a period of 2 weeks.The cooperation degree and symptom disappearance time of children in the two groups were recorded,and the changes of medical fear and anxiety of children before intervention and 2 weeks after intervention were observed.Results Compared with 85.94%of the control group,96.88%of the observation group had a higher total compliance(P<0.05).The Children's Medical Fear Scale(CMFS)scores in all dimensions of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of dimensions of physical panic,generalized anxiety disorder,separation anxiety and social phobia of Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders(SCARED)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,asthma and expectoration in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Children's medical games combined with special nursing can improve the treatment cooperation of children with bronchitis,relieve children's negative emotions such as fear and anxiety,relieve children's clinical symptoms,and promote children's disease recovery.
