以短板理论为基准的质量改进法在医院护理管理中的效果

Effects of the quality improvement method based on the short board theory in hospital nursing management

摘要 目的探究以短板理论为基准的质量改进法在医院护理管理中的临床应用效果。方法选取联勤保障部队第九〇七医院护理部在2020年5月至2021年5月期间在职400名护理人员作为此次研究对象,按照护理管理时间的不同分为管理前(2020年5月至2020年11月)和管理后(2020年12月至2021年5月),均为同一组护理人员400名。管理前实施传统护理管理模式,管理后实施以短板理论为基准的质量改进护理管理模式,评估管理前后护理人员职业认同感、护理服务质量、创新行为能力、综合素质的改善情况。结果管理后与管理前相比较来看,在自我决定感、一致感、自我效力感、有意义感、患者影响感、组织影响感、把握感等综合得分,提升较为明显(P<0.05);管理后在专科护理、基础护理、护理文书、护患沟通、病房管理、护理操作等,与管理前相比,护理服务质量呈显著提高(P<0.05);与管理前相比,管理后护理人员在想法产生、获取支持、想法实现等创新行为能力水平提高明显(P<0.05);管理后在专业理论知识、临床实践技能操作、应急事件解决能力、团队合作等综合专业素养水平明显提升(P<0.05)。结论对我院在职护理人员采取以短板理论为基准的质量改进护理管理模式,增强护理人员自身职业认同感,提高护理服务质量水平,加强创性行为能力,提升其综合素质。 Objective To explore the clinical application effect of quality improvement method based on short board theory in hospital nursing management.Methods A total of 400 nurses in the nursing department of the 907th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the different nursing management time,they were divided into pre-management(from May 2020 to November 2020)and post-management(from December 2020 to May 2021).There were 400 nurses in the same group.The traditional nursing management model was implemented before the management,while the quality improvement nursing management model based on the short board theory was implemented after the management.The improvement of professional identity,nursing service quality,innovative behavior ability and comprehensive quality of nurses were evaluated before and after the management.Results Compared with before management,the comprehensive scores of self-determination,consistency,self-efficacy,meaning,patient influence,organizational influence and grasp were significantly improved after management(P<0.05).After the management,the quality of nursing service was significantly improved in specialized nursing,basic nursing,nursing documents,nurse-patient communication,ward management,nursing operation and so on(P<0.05).Compared with before the management,the level of innovative behavior ability of nursing staff such as idea generation,obtaining support and idea realization was significantly improved after the management(P<0.05).After the management,the comprehensive professional quality level such as professional theoretical knowledge,clinical practice skills,emergency incident resolution ability and team cooperation was significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusions The quality improvement nursing management model based on the short board theory was adopted to enhance the professional identity of nurses,improve the quality of nursing service,strengthen the ability of innovative behavior,and improve their comprehensive quality.
