安宁疗护在癌性疼痛患者中的应用现状

Application of hospice in patients with cancer pain

癌症患者通常会经历与症状相关的疼痛,而安宁疗护则可以优化患者的护理过程,有效缓解疼痛。为全面了解安宁疗护在癌性疼痛患者中的应用进展,检索国内外相关文献,从癌性疼痛患者接受安宁疗护的必要性、干预措施、对护理质量的思考等方面进行归纳总结。根据目前发现的不足提出发展安宁疗护的建议,以期探究出符合我国本土的癌性疼痛患者安宁疗护的多样化的管理模式。

Patients with cancer often experience pain related to symptoms,and hospice care can optimize the patient's care process and effectively relieve pain.In order to comprehensively understand the application progress of hospice care in patients with cancer pain,the related literatures at home and abroad were searched,this paper summarized the necessity of hospice care for patients with cancer pain,the intervention measures,and the thinking of nursing quality.According to the shortcomings found at present,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of palliative care,in order to explore a diversified management model for cancer pain patients in our country.
