子宫内膜癌筛查方法的研究进展

Research progress on screening methods for endometrial cancer

目前,我国子宫内膜癌(EC)发病率呈逐年上升及年轻化趋势。早期EC经规范治疗预后良好,因此EC筛查越来越受到重视。病理检查是子宫内膜病变诊断的“金标准”,但由于取样技术的侵入性,其在临床筛查的推广中受限。越来越多的研究开始利用微创采样技术、基因甲基化检测等方法探索新型生物标志物在EC筛查中的价值。该文就EC筛查方法及研究进展进行了综述。

At present,the incidence rate of endometrial cancer(EC)in China is increasing year by year and showing a younger trend.Early EC has a good prognosis after standardized treatment,so EC screening is increasingly valued.Pathological examination is the“gold standard”for diagnosing endometrial lesions,but its promotion in clinical screening is limited due to the invasiveness of sampling techniques.More and more studies are exploring the value of novel biomarkers in EC screening using minimally invasive sampling techniques,gene methylation detection,and other methods.The article reviews EC screening methods and research progress.
