摘要
心房颤动(AF)是全球最常见的心律失常之一,对人口健康有重大影响。同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)是一种含有巯基的氨基酸,是蛋氨酸和半胱氨酸代谢过程中的中间产物。近年来,越来越多的证据证明了Hcy与AF之间的密切关系,Hcy在AF的发生、发展、预后及其复发中起着重要作用。该文对Hcy和AF的流行病学和发病机制及二者之间的关系进行了综述。
Atrial fibrillation(AF)is one of the most common arrhythmias worldwide and has a significant impact on population health.Homocysteine(Hcy)is an amino acid containing a thiol group,which is an intermediate product in the metabolism of methionine and cysteine.In recent years,increasing evidence has shown a close relationship between Hcy and AF,and Hcy plays an important role in the occurrence,development,prognosis,and recurrence of AF.The article reviews the epidemiology and pathogenesis of Hcy and AF,as well as their relationship.
