浅析我国土壤污染团体标准发展现状及建议

Analysis of Development Status and Suggestions of China’s Association Standards for Soil Pollution

土壤是人类社会生产活动的重要物质基础,是难以再生、不可缺少的自然资源。我国土壤污染问题比较严峻,为保护土壤资源和人类健康,采取有效的土壤污染防治措施至关重要。目前,根据全国标准信息公共服务平台和全国团体标准信息平台数据分析结果可知,我国发布有关土壤污染团体标准的社会团体数量共113个,发布团体标准数量为330项,仅低于地方标准数量。为了更好推动土壤污染相关团体标准的发展,本文结合团体标准发展现状和存在的问题,提出有关发展土壤污染领域团体标准的建议和对策。

Soil is the important material basis of production activities in human society,and it is an indispensable natural resource that is difficult to regenerate.The issue of soil pollution in China is quite severe,it is vital for China to take effective measures to prevent and control soil pollution,in order to protect soil resources and human health.At present,according to the analysis of data from the national public service platform for standards information and the national information platform for association standards,there are 113 associations related to association standards for soil pollution in China,and there are 330 issued association standards,which is only lower than the number of local standards.In order to further promote the development of group standards in the field of soil pollution,the paper combines with the development status and existing problems of association standards,and puts forward suggestions and measures for the development of association standards in this field.
