Research on the Standardization Construction Path of Marine Supply Service

船舶供应服务是指为船舶提供航程保障类产品和必备物资的供应链服务,对航运业发展具有重要意义。由于我国船舶供应服务市场起步较晚,相关领域标准体系不健全,标准缺失较为严重。本文通过对国内外船舶供应服务现状的分析,提出构建船舶供应服务企业标准体系,探索标准研制方向,对企业船舶供应服务能力提升路径开展研究,为推动上海国际航运中心和我国航运服务市场建设提供参考。

Marine supply service refers to the supply chain service that provides voyage support products and essential materials for ships,which is of great significance to the development of the shipping industry.Due to the late start of China’s marine supply service market,the standards system in related fields is not sound with the severe absence of standards.Based on the analysis of the current situation at home and abroad,this paper proposes the construction of a standards system for marine supply service,explores the direction of standards development,and conducts research on the path to improve capabilities of marine supply service,serving as reference to build Shanghai into an international shipping center and promote the construction of shipping service market in China.
