QC小组标准化作业在工程质量提升中的应用——以航道工程为例

Application of Standardized Operations of QC Teams in Improving Engineering Quality-Taking Waterway Engineering as an Example

以航道工程中钻孔灌注桩施工质量提升为例,发挥QC小组的作用,明确小组标准化活动步骤,在成立QC小组、明确选题后,通过现状调查、设定目标、原因分析、确定主要原因、制定对策、对策实施、效果检查、巩固措施、总结与下一步打算等步骤,对项目进行系统研究,在施工过程中进行应用,达到了提升工程质量的目的。本文采用的标准化作业流程,对其他项目的实施具有重要的指导作用,可以采取QC小组标准化作业的方式对重要工程技术和施工难点开展攻克。

Taking the improvement of construction quality of cast-in-place piles in waterway engineering as an example,the role of quality control(QC)teams is played,and the procedures of standardization activities of the team are clarified.After establishing the QC team and clarifying the subject,systematic research on the project is carried out through investigating current situation,setting goals,analyzing the reason,determining the main reason,formulating measures,implementing measures,checking effect,consolidating measures,as well as summarizing and planning for the next step,which will be applied in the construction process to improve engineering quality.The standardized work process in this paper has an important guiding role for the implementation of other projects.The standardized operations of QC teams can be adopted to make key technical breakthroughs and over construction difficulties.
