联合分析法在养老机构参与式景观设计中的应用

Application of Conjoint Analysis to the Design of Participatory Landscape in Senior Care Facilities

基于积极老龄化政策背景,遴选健康、保障、参与三个维度构建影响养老机构老年人景观偏好的关键设计因素,结合参与式景观设计展开研究。通过实地调研和文献研究,确定景观设计的不同属性水平,采用联合分析法对受访老年人的景观设计偏好进行模拟场景组合与实证分析,寻求景观设计要素的最佳组合方案。通过访谈记录、文献查阅深度解析数据结果,生成针对养老机构参与式景观设计的结论及应用方案,为养老机构景观营造和积极老龄化环境设计提供有益启示和借鉴。

Based on the background of active ageing policy,this study chose three dimensions of health,security and participation to develop key design factors affecting landscape preference of older adults in senior care institutions,and combined them with participatory landscape design to carry out the study.Through field research and literature study,different attribute levels of landscape design were identified,and simulated scenario combinations and empirical analyses of the landscape preferences of the interviewed elderly were carried out using conjoint analysis to seek the optimal combination scheme of landscape design elements.We used interview records and literature reviews to generate data,and to get the conclusion of participatory landscape design and its application plans for senior care institutions By doing that,we wish to provide some inspiration and reference for their landscape creation and positive ageing environment design.
