椿木山特长隧道施工风险评估及精细化施工方案研究

摘要 为提高特长隧道的施工效率,降低施工成本,本文依托椿木山特长隧道开展风险评估及精细化施工技术研究。分析了该隧道施工的重难点,结合各种风险源对隧道风险进行评估。基于隧道施工工艺,从人力安排和施工工时多角度分析了“七台套”大机作业的实施成效。并根据多种因素对比各种竖井布置方案的经济效益。结果表明:(1)隧道风险评估仅考虑单一风险忽视作业风险会使得风险出现不可控现象,应从地层、水文及技术水平等多角度分析;(2)与传统钻爆法施工相比,大机作业施工在降低人力成本和提高施工效率方面都具有明显优势;(3)竖井布置方案应在满足正常运营通风条件下选择埋深短、施工方便、经济效益好的方案。本文的研究成果为椿木山隧道施工提供了技术支持,也可为类似隧道提供技术参考,有助于大机作业推广。 In order to improve construction efficiency and reduce cost of the extra-long tunnel,this study relies on the Chunmu Mountain Tunnel to carry out risk assessment and fine construction technology research.The major difficulties of this tunnel construction were analyzed,and the tunnel risks are evaluated considering various risk sources.Based on tunnel construction process,implementation effect of the"seven sets"large-scale machine operation was analyzed from the perspectives of manpower and construction hours.The economic benefits of different shaft layout options were also compared based on various factors.The conclusions show that:(1)Tunnel risk assessment only considers a single risk and ignores the operation risk,which will make the risk uncontrollable.So tunnel risk should be analyzed from multiple perspectives such as stratigraphic conditions,hydrology and technical level;(2)Compared with the traditional drilling and blasting construction,large-scale operation construction has obvious advantages in reducing labor costs and improving construction efficiency;(3)A scheme with short burial depth,convenient construction and good economic benefits should be choose as the shaft layout scheme under the normal operation ventilation conditions.The research results of this paper provide technical support for the construction of Chunmushan Tunnel,and can also provide technical reference for similar tunnels.
