摘要
合成生物学作为融合生物学、工程学、化学和信息技术等学科的新兴领域,是21世纪生物学领域催动颠覆性创新的前沿代表,也是带动未来生物经济发展的关键力量。本文分析探讨国内外合成生物学发展态势,研究发现目前美国处于国际领先地位,国内仍处于早期发展阶段,但在专利申请等基础研究方面已有突出优势,初步形成以深圳、天津、上海为代表的合成生物学发展模式。结合浙江省合成生物学在技术储备、创新平台、标志性成果等方面的发展基础,基于比较分析视角研判其在战略谋划、创新资源、创新主体和科技伦理等方面存在的问题,针对性地提出加快合成生物学技术创新、产业发展,推动生物经济高质量发展的对策建议。
As an emerging field that integrates biology,engineering,chemistry and information technology,synthetic biology is the frontier representative of the field of biology in the 21st century to promote disruptive innovation,and it is also a key force driving the development of the future bioeconomy.This paper analyzes and discusses the development trend of synthetic biology at home and abroad,and finds that the United States is currently in the leading position in the world,and China is still in the early stage of development,but it has outstanding advantages in basic re-search such as patent applications,and initially forms a synthetic biology development model represented by Shenzhen,Tianjin and Shanghai.Based on the development foundation of synthetic biology in Zhejiang in terms of technology re-serve,innovation platform and landmark achievements,the study analyzed the in strategic planning,innovation resources,innovation subjects and science and technology ethics based on comparative analysis,and proposed counter-measures and suggestions to accelerate the technological innovation and industrial development of synthetic biology and promote the high-quality development of biological economy.
