摘要
为探究北京油鸡种鸡的持续受精能力,研究共设计两个试验探讨输精间隔对种鸡持续受精能力的影响和种鸡个体间持续受精能力的差异。结果显示:相比于7 d与8d的输精间隔,输精间隔为6 d时具有最高的平均受精率和最长的持续受精时间(23 d)。北京油鸡公母鸡繁殖性能均存在个体差异,单次输精后1~10 d内平均受精率高于90%的公鸡占比52%,平均受精率高于95%的公鸡占比10%;有55%的母鸡单次输精后1~10 d平均受精率在95%以上。结果表明,北京油鸡最佳输精间隔为6 d,为保证系谱准确性建议停精时长30 d或以上,北京油鸡种鸡个体持续受精能力间的差异为选育提供了可能。
To investigate the sustaining fertilization ability of Beijing You chicken(BJY)breeders,two experiments were designed to compare the influence of insemination intervals on sustaining fertilization ability and explored the differences of sustaining fertilization ability among breeder individuals in this study.The results showed that compared to 7-and 8-day insemination intervals,the 6-day insemination interval had the highest average fertilization rate,and the longest fertilization duration of 23 days.Individual differences were detected in the reproductive performance of both males and females.After a single artificial insemination,52%male BJY had an average fertilization rate greater than 90%for day 1 to 10,and 10%male BJY had an average fertilization rate over 95%.Meanwhile,55%female BJY maintained a fertilization rate over 95%for day 1 to 10.The results indicated that the optimal insemination interval for BJY was 6 days,the suggested duration after stopping insemination was 30 days or longer to ensure the accuracy of pedigree,and the individual differences in the sustaining fertilization ability of BJY breeders would provide a possibility for selection.
