摘要
以ChatGPT为代表的大规模预训练模型引发了AI的新一轮技术革命,可能成为新型信息产业的关键能力底座,对电信运营商数字化转型战略带来重大影响。本文从人工智能大模型发展现状、核心要素、技术趋势和关键影响进行分析,结合电信运营商策略动向,通过SWOT分析,提出了电信运营商在人才、技术、数据和商业模式等方面面临的问题,并提出加强自主技术攻关研发、推进大模型生态合作等应对策略建议。
Large-scale pre-training models represented by ChatGPT have triggered a new round of technological revolution in AI,which may become the key capability base of the new information industry and have a significant impact on the digital transformation strategy of telecom operators.This paper analyzes the development status,core elements,technical trends and key impacts of artificial intelligence large models,and points out that telecom operators should seize the strategic opportunities of the era of general artificial intelligence.Through SWOT analysis,the paper puts forward the problems faced by telecom operators in talents,technology,data and business model,and puts forward corresponding strategies and suggestions,including paying attention to the training and construction of high-level talents,strengthening the research and development of independent technologies,and promoting the ecological cooperation of large models.
