高水头大容量机组通风槽板制造技术

摘要 为了提升高水头大容量水轮发电机组定子通风槽板的质量和性能,对激光焊接工艺进行了改进,对影响焊接质量的相关因素进行了试验,发明了新型分体式定位夹具,改进了原有破坏性试验的检测方法,研发了专用打磨设备以实现对焊点凸起的控制,经过不断的试验、分析和工艺改进,解决了生产过程中面临的诸多难题,并在多个水电项目上进行了应用,保证了电机铁心装压的质量,通风冷却效果良好,为日后更高水头、更高容量的水电机组研发奠定了基础。 In order to improve the quality and performance of the stator ventilation slot plate of the high head and large capacity water turbine generator unit,the laser welding process is improved,the relevant factors affecting the welding quality are tested,the new split positioning fixture is invented,the original destructive test method is improved,and the special grinding equipment is developed to control the welding spot bulge.Through continuous tests,analysis and process improvement,many problems in the production process are solved,and this technology is applied in many hydropower projects,ensuring the quality of motor core pressure,good ventilation and cooling effect,laying a foundation for the future research and development of hydropower units wiTHhigher head and higher capacity.
