摘要
文章介绍了湿法炼锌工艺、技术特点及生产实践。研究了一种氧压浸出工艺的节能措施,将高压釜、闪蒸槽及调节槽排出的载热废气通入洗涤塔,用水对载热废气进行洗涤,获得热水和净化气。将加入了亚铁盐或含Fe^(2+)溶液的废电解液与热水在换热器中换热,可以有效回收氧压浸出系统排气中的余热,全流程(从锌精矿到得到电锌产品)蒸汽消耗从3.0t蒸汽/t-Zn降低至1.5~2.0t蒸汽/t-Zn。通过在废电解液中添加Fe^(2+),解决了换热器内容易结垢问题,有效降低了换热器的清垢频率,提高了生产效率。该节能措施实现了氧压浸出工艺的低碳、高效、清洁生产,对生产企业有一定的借鉴意义。
This paper introduces the process,technical characteristics and production practice of zinc hydrometallurgy.An energy-saving method of oxygen pressure leaching process was studied.In this method,the heat-carrying waste gas discharged from autoclave,flash tank and regulating tank was introduced into the washing tower,and the heat-carrying waste gas was washed with water to obtain hot water and purified gas.The waste electrolyte added with ferrous salt or Fe2*solution is heat exchanged with hot water in the heat exchanger,which can effectively recover the waste heat in the exhaust gas of the oxygen pressure leaching system.The steam consumption of the w hole process(from zine concentrate to electrozine product)is reduced from 3.0t steam/t-Zn to 1.5~2.0 t steam/t-Zn.By adding Fe2*to the waste electrolyte,the problem of fouling in the heat exchanger is solved,the cleaning frequency of the heat exchanger is efctively reduced,and the production efficiency is improved.This energy-saving measure has realized the low-carbon,high-efficiency and clean production of oxygen pressure leaching process,which has certain reference significance for production enterprises.
