Cadre education is the key to the success or failure of the revolution.In response to the weak theoretical foundation of cadres in the Taihang base area for resistance against Japanese aggression,multiple measures were taken simultaneously.Through the establishment of cadre schools,party newspapers and magazines,and the implementation of rectification movements,large-scale theoretical education for cadres was carried out,greatly improving the Marxist theoretical literacy of the majority of cadres and laying a solid talent foundation for winning the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression.A comprehensive examination of the history of theoretical education for cadres in the Taihang base area for resistance against Japanese aggression has important implications for strengthening theoretical education for cadres in the new era.
