学校社会工作中的双重关系伦理困境及其本土化调适——围绕“校园欺凌”的讨论

摘要 随着我国学校社会工作实务领域的不断深化与拓展,学校社会工作者进入校园开展各项专业服务。由于中国社会和文化情境的特殊性,社会工作者在校园工作中容易陷入双重或多重关系的伦理困境。这类伦理问题随着实务的深入逐渐显现,并在中国特定的社会文化背景下表现得尤为突出。鉴于此,笔者期望通过深入剖析学校社会工作者在处理校园欺凌事件中所遭遇的双重关系伦理挑战,提出本土化的伦理调适策略,从而为该领域内的实务发展提供更深刻理论见解和伦理指导。 With the continuous deepening and expansion of the field of school social work in China,school social workers enter the campus to carry out various professional services.However,due to the particularity of China’s social and cultural context,social workers are prone to fall into the ethical dilemma of dual or multiple relationships in their campus work.These ethical problems gradually emerge with the deepening of practice,and are particularly prominent in China’s specific social and cultural context.In view of this,this study aims to analyze the ethical dilemma of dual relationships in the practice of school social work,especially the ethical challenges of dual relationships encountered by school social workers in dealing with campus bullying incidents in detail,and integrate the ethical dilemma of dual relationships into China’s specific social and cultural context for localized ethical adjustment,in order to provide more profound theoretical insights and ethical guidance for the development of practice in this field.
