摘要
为探究蓄光纤维针织面料的最优配置和综合性能,选择两种蓄光纱线、线圈长度和组织结构,设计三因素两水平正交试验,测试并分析4种蓄光纤维针织物的蓄光性能、耐水洗性能、拉伸性能、耐磨性、吸湿性、导湿性和透气性,采用模糊综合评价法对织物的综合性能进行评价。结果表明:设计面料的蓄光性能和服用性能良好,可用于蓄光纤维针织面料的开发;当纱线种类为28 tex×2纯涤纶夜光纱,线圈长度为10.4 mm,组织结构为1+1罗纹组织时,织物的综合性能最优,该研究结果为今后的相关研究提供了一定的参考。
To explore the optimal configuration and comprehensive performance of light storage fiber knitted fabrics,two types of light storage yarns,loop length and paterns were selected.The orthogonal experimentsof three factors and two levels were designed to test and analyze the light storage performance,water resistance performance,tensile performance,wear resistance performance,moisture absorption performance,moisture conductivity performance,and air permeability performance of four types of light storage fiber knitted fabrics.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the comprehensive performance of the fabric.The results show that the designed fabric has good light storage and wear performance,which can be used for the development of light storage fiber knitted fabrics.When the yarn type is 21/2 pure polyester luminous yarn,the loop length is 10.4,and the pattern is 1+1 rib structure,the comprehensive performance of the fabric is the best.This study provides a certain reference for future research.
