U75VH钢轨服役性能研究

摘要 对铺设在兰州北环线的U75VH钢轨的服役性能进行了定期跟踪观测,线路包含2条半径为800 m的曲线和2条半径为1 200 m的曲线,钢轨上道使用15个月后累计通过总重182.151 Mt。研究显示:曲线段上股钢轨最大垂磨为1.66 mm,最大侧磨0.41 mm;下股最大垂磨0.95 mm,曲线段上股钢轨轨距角处存在明显鱼鳞纹,半径800 m的曲线段下股钢轨踏面中心存在鱼鳞纹及轻微掉块,半径1 200 m的曲线段下股钢轨踏面中心存在轻微鱼鳞纹,经大机预防性打磨后使用正常。钢轨固定式闪光焊接头平顺性较好,铝热焊接头均为高接头,钢轨在试铺期间整体使用情况良好。 The performance of U75VH rails laid on the Lanzhou North Ring Road was tracked and observed.The line consists of two curves with a radius of 800 m(R800 curve)and two curves with a radius of 1200 m(R1200 curve).After 15 months of use on the track,the total weight passed was 182.151 Mt.The maximum vertical wear of the upper rail on the curved section was 1.66 mm,and the maximum side wear was 0.41 mm.The maximum vertical wear of the lower rail was 0.95 mm,with almost no side wear.There were obvious fish scale patterns at the gauge corner between the upper and lower rails on the curve.There were fish scale patterns and slight chipping in the center of the lower rail tread on the R800 curve,and there were slight fish scale patterns in the center of the lower rail tread on the R1200 curve.After large machine preventive polishing,the rails were used normally.The fixed flash welding joint of the steel rail had good smoothness,and the aluminothermic welding joints were all high joints.The overall service performance of the rail during the trial laying period was good.
