摘要
一座大型老旧电厂的冷却塔出现了混凝土剥落和钢筋腐蚀的现象。利用大型3D激光雷达对塔架进行倾斜状态监测,对其混凝土强度、缺陷及循环水中的氯离子浓度等指标进行测试,并对其损伤机理进行了研究,获得了详尽的现场检测结果。通过综合评估,为炼钢厂冷却塔结构提供了科学的鉴定结论,为后续维护与改造提供了重要参考。
The cooling tower of a large old power plant has the phenomenon of concrete spalling and steel corrosion.The tilt state of the tower was monitored by using large-scale 3D lidar,and the concrete strength,defects and chloride ion concentration in the circulating water were tested,and the damage mechanism was studied,and detailed on-site test results were obtained.Through the comprehensive evaluation,it provides a scientific appraisal conclusion for the cooling tower structure of the steelmaking plant,and provides an important reference for the follow-up maintenance and transformation.
