建筑垃圾再生骨料对再生混凝土性能的影响

摘要 为有效降低建筑工程垃圾产出量过大而造成的污染问题,进一步提高建筑垃圾的使用价值,达到增大再生材料工程安全性的目的。研究采用控制变量法,分析建筑垃圾再生骨料的种类、含量等各项因素对环保混凝土性能的影响。结果表明,在条件合适的情况下,建筑垃圾再生混凝土28d抗压强度能够满足混凝土C25强度等级的要求,且具有较好的力学性能,各类建筑垃圾再生骨料均能有效提升混凝土的使用效益,可以适应大部分建筑项目的作业需求。 In order to effectively reduce the pollution problem caused by the excessive output of construction waste,further improve the use value of construction waste,and achieve the purpose of increasing the safety of recycled materials engineering.The control variable method is used to analyze the influence of various factors on the performance of environmentally friendly concrete.The final results show that when the conditions are suitable,the compressive strength of construction waste reclaimed concrete can meet the requirements of c25 strength grade.And the relevant materials have good toughness,deformation resistance and other mechanical characteristics,all kinds of construction waste recycled aggregate can effectively improve the use of concrete efficiency,can adapt to the operation needs of most construction projects.
