摘要
以再生沥青混凝土AC-20为研究对象,用水泥分别替代各级配矿粉用量成型试件,通过马歇尔实验、冻融劈裂试验和低温劈裂试验研究水泥替代矿粉对沥青混凝土高温稳定性、水稳定性和低温稳定性的影响规律。试验结果表明水泥用做填料具有一定的优越性,能够提高沥青混凝土的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性,对提高沥青混凝土的路用性能,降低工程造价具有重要的意义。研究成果可为废旧沥青混合料的再生利用提供一定的参考。
In this paper,the recycled asphalt concrete AC-20 is taken as the research object.The effects of cement replacing mineral powder on the high temperature stability,water stability and low temperature stability of asphalt concrete were studied by Marshall test,freeze-thaw splitting test and low temperature splitting test.The test results show that cement has certain advantages as a filler,which can improve the high temperature stability and low temperature crack resistance of asphalt concrete.It is of great significance to improve the road performance of asphalt concrete and reduce the project cost.The research results can provide some reference significance for the recycling of waste asphalt mixture.
