白酒中甜蜜素能力验证样品的研制及应用

摘要 通过在空白白酒基质中添加不同含量甜蜜素的方式自主研制能力验证样品,用于组织能力验证考核。依据《能力验证样品均匀性和稳定性评价指南》(CNAS—GL003:2018),采用《食品安全国家标准食品中环己基氨基磺酸钠的测定》(GB 5009.97—2016)中的第三法(液相色谱-质谱/质谱法)为测试方法对能力验证样品的均稳性进行考察,其中稳定性考察包括短期稳定性检验(运输稳定性)及长期稳定性检验。经均稳性检验评价符合要求的样品,分发至各参加者进行能力验证考核,回收结果并统计分析。依据评价原则,71家参加者中65家为满意结果,占比91.55%;5家为不满意结果,占比7.04%;1家为可疑结果,占比1.41%。本次能力验证样品的研制及考核应用,有助于识别实验室间差异,了解合规性及潜在问题,帮助提升其管理能力和技术水平。 In this project,proficiency testing samples were independently developed by adding different content of cyclamate into blank Baijiu matrix,which were used to organize the proficiency test.According to CNAS—GL003:2018,their homogeneity and stability were investigated by the third method(liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry)in GB 5009.97—2016.The stability test includes short-term stability test(transportation stability)and long-term stability test.The samples that met the requirements of homogeneity and stability test were distributed to participants for ability verification,and the results were recovered and analyzed statistically.According to the evaluation principle,65 out of 71 participants were satisfactory,accounting for 91.55%;5 participants were not satisfied,accounting for 7.04%;one result was suspicious,accounting for 1.41%.The development and assessment application of this proficiency testing sample will help participants identify the differences between various laboratories,and find out the compliance and potential problems,then improve their management ability and technical level.
