摘要
通过非靶向代谢组学对3个紫薯品种代谢物进行研究。结果表明,非靶向代谢组学共检测出4700种代谢物,3个品种的代谢物差异明显。富集到多种路径,差异路径有氨基酸合成和代谢路径、淀粉和蔗糖代谢路径、腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶(AMPK)代谢路径等。本研究为揭示甘薯品质差异机制提供了理论依据,对紫薯市场推广、品种选育改良具有指导意义。
Study the metabolites of three sweet potato varieties through non targeted metabolomics.The results showed that a total of 4700 metabolites were detected in non targeted metabolomics,with significant differences in metabolites among the three varieties.Enriched in multiple pathways,differential pathways include amino acid synthesis and metabolism pathways,starch and sucrose metabolism pathways,adenylate activated protein kinase(AMPK)metabolism pathways,etc.This study provides a theoretical basis for revealing the mechanism of quality differences in sweet potatoes,and has guiding significance for the market promotion and variety selection and improvement of purple potatoes.
