女性雄激素性脱发相关因素的回顾性研究

A retrospective study on factors related to female androgenetic alopecia

目的:明确女性雄激素性脱发(female androgenetic alopecia, FAGA)发病及加重相关因素。方法:对我院毛发门诊2017年1月至2022年6月期间有较完整资料、非妊娠期、非哺乳期确诊雄激素性脱发女性患者225例进行回顾性分析,分析内容包括:临床表现、伴随疾病、生活习惯及实验室指标。结果:73.78%的FAGA患者青年期发病,其中额、顶、枕、颞部测量的发缝宽度均与Sinclair分级呈显著正相关(P<0.001)。维生素D3缺乏在该人群中发生率较高,但与疾病严重程度无统计学差异,而维生素B12缺乏(P=0.003)及甘油三酯升高(P=0.016)和疾病严重程度呈显著正相关。伴随疾病中仅脂肪肝与疾病严重程度存在显著正相关(P=0.001)。结论:发缝宽度和整体脱发程度成正相关。脂肪肝、维生素B12降低及甘油三酯升高可能是FAGA加重的相关因素。

Objective:To determine the risk factors of female androgenetic alopecia(FAGA).Methods:The data of 225 non-pregnant and non-lactating females with FAGA from January 2017 to June 2022 in the hair clinic of our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.The content of the analysis included clinical manifestations,concomitant diseases,lifestyle habits and laboratory indicators.Results:A retrospective analysis showed that the disease began at adolescence in 73.78%patients.The width of the hair crack on the frontoparietal,occipital and temporal regions,,were significantly positively correlated with the Sinclair classification(P s<0.001).The prevalence of vitamin D3 deficiency was high in this population,but there was no significant difference with disease severity,while vitamin B12 deficiency(P=0.003)and elevated triglycerides(P=0.016)were positively correlated with disease severity.At the same time,fatty liver was positive correlation with the severity of disease(P=0.001).Conclusion:The width of the hair crack is positively correlated with the overall severity of alopecia.Fatty liver,decreased vitamin B12 and increased triglyceride may be the related factors of FAGA exacerbation.
