摘要
皮肤扁平苔藓的传统治疗包括口服糖皮质激素、甲氨蝶呤、阿维A等药物,常因其不良反应而使用受限。JAK抑制剂通过抑制JAK-STAT通路,影响INF-γ等细胞因子的功能,从而调节免疫。本文报道JAK1抑制剂阿布昔替尼治疗皮肤扁平苔藓2例,并回顾相关文献。
Conventional treatment of lichen planus includes oral glucocorticosteroids,methotrexate,and Acitretin.The use of these drugs is often limited by their adverse effects.JAK inhibitors regulate immunity by inhibiting the JAK-STAT pathway and affecting the function of cytokines such as INF-γ.In this paper,we report two cases of effective cutaneous lichen planus treated with JAK1 inhibitor abrocitinib and review the relevant literature.
