摘要
本文基于质量测量、体积换算原理,通过准确测量和精密控制供水器出水质量和时间,提出了开关门信号的设计,研发了一种雨量计检定装置,实现了水利行业雨量的量值溯源,经过对检定结果的测量不确定度评定,证明装置符合设计要求。与传统的人工校验方法相比,该装置避免了人工手动操作带来的不确定因素,提高了检定准确度,并且采用计算机对检定过程进行全流程控制,实现了自动化检定,提高了工作效率,有较好的应用前景。
Based on the principle of mass measurement and volume conversion,this paper proposes the design of the opening and closing signal by accurately measuring and controlling the quality and time of the water supply unit.A rain gauge verification device is developed to realize the traceability of the rainfall value in the water conservancy industry.After evaluating the measurement uncertainty of the verification results,it is proved that the device meets the design requirements.Compared with the traditional manual verification method,the device avoids the uncertainty factors brought by manual operation,improves the verification accuracy,and uses the computer to control the whole process of verification to realize the automatic verification and improve the efficiency with a good application prospect.
