平原河道型水库在洙赵新河的建设实践

摘要 随着近年来极端天气事件增多,在水资源短缺的平原地区,利用现有的河道及拦蓄设施修建平原河道型水库,不但能节约用地和投资,还能在水量丰沛季节存蓄地表水的同时,提高涵养水源能力,改善沿河周边水生态环境。文章以洙赵新河为例,探讨建设河道型水库的必要性及其已具备的建设条件,以期建成河道型水库达到高效用水、抗旱减灾的目的。 With the increase of extreme weather events in recent years,in plain areas with water shortage,proper use of existing river channels and storage facilities to build plain channel type reservoirs can not only save land and investment,but also improve the water conservation capacity and improve the water ecological environment around the river while storing surface water in the season of abundant water.Taking Zhu Zhaoxin River as an example,this paper discusses the necessity and existing construction conditions of the river-type reservoir in order to achieve the purpose of efficient water use,drought prevention and disaster reduction.
