摘要
教师教学创新团队作为职业院校提高教学质量的组织形态,在教学创新、资源整合、优势发挥、示范引领方面发挥着重要作用。作为教育行政部门推进教学改革的有效抓手,其具有鲜明的政策导向、清晰的发展目标、合理的组成结构、典型的项目机制等特征。分析职业院校教师教学创新团队的组织逻辑,组织类型主要分为战略型、资源型、整合型等,对服务专业领域、整合优质资源、推动院校发展具有现实价值。
As an organizational form for vocational colleges to improve teaching quality,teachers teaching innovation teams play an important role in teaching innovation,resources integration,advantage utilization,and demonstration and guidance.As an effective lever for education administrative departments to promote teaching reform,they have characteristics of distinct policy guidance,clear development goals,reasonable composition structure,and typical project mechanisms.Analyzing the organizational logic of vocational college teachers teaching innovation teams,their organizational types are mainly divided into strategic,resource-based,and integrated types,which have practical value in serving professional fields,integrating high-quality resources,and promoting the development of colleges and universities.
