摘要
石油泄漏和含油废水排放严重污染生态环境,油水分离技术是涉油污染治理的重要手段。由于低耗能、简单高效等优点,特殊润湿性的膜材料在油水分离方面表现出巨大的应用潜力。基于润湿性相关理论和分离机理,总结了超疏水/超亲油膜、超亲水/水下超疏油膜、Janus膜和智能响应膜等油水分离膜的研究进展,并对油水分离膜的优缺点进行了分析,对将来的发展提出了展望。
Oil spills and oily wastewater discharges seriously pollute the ecological environment,and oil-water separation technology is an important means of oil pollution treatment.Due to the advantages of low energy consumption,simplicity and high efficiency,membrane materials with special wettability show great potential for application in oil-water separation.Based on the wettability related theory and separation mechanism,the research progress of four oil-water separation membranes was summarized,including super hydrophobic/super lipophilic membrane,super hydrophilic/underwater super superoleophobic membrane,Janus membrane and intelligent response membrane.The advantages and disadvantages of oil-water separation membranes were analyzed,and the future development was prospected.
