橄榄石型锂离子电池正极材料磷酸锰锂研究进展

摘要 磷酸锰锂具有循环性能好、结构稳定、能量强度高等优点,被认为是极具竞争力的锂离子电池理想正极材料之一。综述了磷酸锰锂正极材料的制备方法及改性方法的研究进展,总结了不同制备方法的优缺点。材料纳米化、碳包覆、离子掺杂法等改性方法对提高磷酸锰锂电化学性能及其产业化发展具有重要作用,实现大规模量产、提高电导率以及锂离子扩散能力是磷酸锰锂正极材料未来的发展方向。 Lithium manganese phosphate is considered to be one of the ideal cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries because of its excellent cycle performance,stable structure,and high energy density.In this paper,the research progress in the preparation and modification methods of lithium manganese phosphate cathode materials was reviewed.The advantages and disadvantages of different preparation methods were analyzed and summarized in the modification research of lithium manganese phosphate.The modification methods such as material nanosizing,carbon coating,and ion doping play an important role in improving the electrochemical performance and industrial development of lithium manganese phosphate.The future development direction of lithium manganese phosphate cathode materials is to achieve large-scale production,improve conductivity,and enhance lithium-ion diffusion ability.
