摘要
煤堆在露天堆放过程中,受到自然风的影响,从而导致热源位置发生偏移,使得对其治理出现偏差。通过模拟软件建立煤堆受风流影响的试验平台,研究不同风速下法向风与切向风对模拟煤堆热源位置移动的影响规律。研究结果表明,2种风向均对热源的移动产生影响,且法向风作用的影响大于切向风;边缘位置热源移动速度与风速大小满足线性关系,中心位置热源移动速度与风速大小满足二次函数关系;在风速较小时,对模拟煤堆中心位置热源的移动影响均较小,为煤堆自燃的治理提供一定的理论依据。
In the process of coal pile stacking in the open air,the heat source position is shifted due to the influence of natural wind,which leads to the deviation of its treatment.Simulation software is used to es⁃tablish a test platform of coal pile affected by wind flow,and the influence of normal wind and tangential wind on the heat source location movement of simulated coal pile under different wind speeds is studied.The results show that the two wind directions have influence on the heat source movement,and the influence of normal wind is greater than that of tangential wind.The relationship between the moving velocity of heat source and the wind speed at the edge position is linear,while the relationship between the moving velocity of heat source and the wind speed at the center position is quadratic.When the wind speed is small,the in⁃fluence on the movement of heat source at the simulated coal pile center is small,which provides a certain theoretical basis for the treatment of coal pile spontaneous combustion.
