摘要
为了准确快速测定高纯四氧化三锰中的痕量硒,根据硒易与过氧化氢反应的特点,建立了原子荧光光谱法快速测定四氧化三锰中痕量硒的方法。通过以硼氢化钾为还原剂,将样品溶液中的硒还原为硒化氢,有效降低了基体对硒测定的干扰,提高了检测的灵敏度和准确度。相比其他测定方法,该方法流程短,操作简单,精密度好,检出限为0.01mg/kg,加标回收率为95%~110%,能够满足高纯四氧化三锰中硒含量的要求。
In order to accurately and quickly determine the trace selenium in high purity manganese tetroxide,a method for rapid determination of trace selenium in manganese tetroxide by atomic fluorescence spectrometry was established according to the characteristics of selenium easy to react with hydrogen perox⁃ide.By using potassium borohydride as a reducing agent,the selenium in the sample solution was reduced to hydrogen selenide,which effectively reduced the interference of the matrix on the determination of seleni⁃um and improved the sensitivity and accuracy of the detection.Compared with other determination methods,this method has the advantages of short process,simple operation and good precision.The detection limit is 0.01 mg/kg,and the recovery rate is 95%~110%,which can meet the requirements of selenium content in high purity manganese tetroxide.
