制备Fe_(2)O_(3)/Mn_(2)O_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3)复合催化剂催化臭氧高效降解亚甲基蓝

摘要 本工作采用过量浸渍法制备了Fe_(2)O_(3)/Mn_(2)O_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3)复合型催化剂,并考察了其用于催化臭氧降解亚甲基蓝的催化能力。研究了Fe/Mn负载比、催化剂投加量、O3浓度和pH等对亚甲基蓝降解的影响。结果表明,Fe/Mn负载比为1:2,催化剂投加量为2g/L,O_(3)浓度为10mg/L以及pH为5.5时,对亚甲基蓝色度和COD的去除率较好,分别可达99.8%和79.85%。对比O_(3)氧化处理亚甲基蓝,分别提高了10%和40%。 In this work,the Fe_(2)O_(3)/Mn_(2)O_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3) composite catalyst was prepared by excessive impregnation method,and the catalytic ability of the prepared catalyst for ozonation degradation of methylene blue was investigated.The optimum parameters for the treatment of methylene blue were determined by studying Fe/Mn metal oxide loading,catalyst dosage,O_(3) concentration and pH.The experimental results show that when the loading ratio of Fe/Mn is 1:2,the catalyst dosage is 2 g/L,O_(3) concentration is 10 mg/L and the pH value is 5.5,the degradation rates of methylene blue and the removal rate of COD are 99.8% and 79.85%,respectively.Compared with O_(3) oxidation the removal rates of methylene blue with catalyst increased 10% and 40%,respectively.
