摘要
随着CAE分析技术的发展,其已经成为当今工程领域中重要的分析计算方法。CAE分析算法较多,其中有限元法具备适应性强、计算可靠等多种优点,近年来被推广使用到航空航天、土木建筑、机械设计等领域。兰州新区某化工园区在工程实际中尝试应用CAE分析技术指导工程实践,本文通过该化工园区项目建设中应用CAE分析技术解决实际问题的两个案例,阐述了CAE分析技术解决实际工程问题的基本思路和流程,介绍了其关键计算步骤,同时融入了笔者CAE分析技术经验,为CAE分析技术在化工工程应用提供了参考。
With the development of CAE analysis technology,it has become an important analysis and calculation method in today's engineering field.The CAE analysis method has many advantages such as strong adaptability and reliable calculation.In recent years,it has been widely used in aerospace,civil architecture,mechanical design and other fields.New district in Lanzhou petrochemical corporation equipment's figure using the CAE analysis method in engineering practice.This paper,through two cases of applying CAE analysis technology to solve practical problems in the project construction of this chemical industry park,expounds the basic ideas and processes of CAE analysis technology to solve practical engineering problems,introduces its key calculation steps,and incorporates the author's experience in CAE analysis technology,which provides reference for the application of CAE analysis technology in chemical engineering.
